Has your doctor diagnosed you with arthritis?

Do you have pain, swelling, aching or stiffness in your knee, hip, or shoulder joint?  If so, have you had these symptoms for more than one (1) year?

Do your symptoms worsen after a period of inactivity such as sleeping or sitting?

Do you experience knee or hip pain after climbing stairs?

Do you experience shoulder pain after daily activities such as getting dressed?

Does your joint pain persist for more than four hours a day?
